Roy Joseph Mariani, 59, beloved husband, father, brother and grandfather, passed away May 20, 1990.

Born August 7, 1930, Salt Lake City to Emilio and Rosa Nicolo Mariani. Married Shirley Larson, December 8, 1956 in Salt Lake City. Member FOE #67 and APWU Local #6. Served 32 years with the US Postal Service.

Survivors: wife; son, Kelly and wife Heidi; daughter, Mrs. Terry (Cindy) Rosenlund, all of Salt Lake City; daughter, Mrs. Robert (Sherry) Arthur, Vero Beach, Florida; brothers and sisters, John, Salt Lake City; Joseph, San Leandro, California; Viola Defa, Hanna, Utah; Stella Frazzini and Angie Costantino, both of Rock Springs, Wyoming; seven grandchildren.

Funeral service Wednesday, 12:00 noon, Larkin Mortuary Chapel, 260 E. South Temple, where friends may call Tuesday 6-8 pm and Wednesday one hour prior to the service. Interment: Larkin Sunset Gardens.
