Schaad, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Regis S. Titus of 208 South Keystone avenue yesterday, will be held from the late family home, in Mildred Sunday afternoon at 2 oclock and at Trinity Lutheran church, Mildred at 2:30. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery, Mildred. Mrs. Schaad, who was 94 years old, was a pioneer resident of this part of Pennsylvania, having been born in Sullivan county of Swiss parentage Jan. 31, 1845. With her husband, the late John Schaad, a prominent business man, she lived in Mildred over 70 years, spending much of her later life at the home of Mrs. Titus in Sayre. Surviving are five children, Mrs. Titus with whom she lived, William J. Schaad and Henry J. Schaad of Mildred, Franklin P. Schaad of Elmira and George P. Schaad of Wilkes-Barre; 23 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild."

Hugh, Gideon, and Ebenezar Kennedy were born and reared in Dublin, Ireland. They left for America as young men and located in Rennselaer County, New York at the turn of the 19th Century.
