Bio: Magdalena Schaad married Jacob Born in the late 1870's. Daughter Amelia Magdalena "Millie" Born was born 20 Jun 1878 in Thorndale, Chester, PA and was baptized 11 Aug 1878 in Dushore, Sullivan, PA. Magdalena's brother, John and his wife Elizabeth were the GodParents. Source: Pennsylvania and New Jersey, U.S., Church and Town Records, 1669-2013, Baptism record, Peace Lutheran Church, Dushore, PA.

Magdalena, Jacob and Amelia appear in the 1880 census from Garden City, Sequoyah, KS. This is the last document that I can find that shows Magdalena . Apparently she died around 1880 as Jacob was remarried by 1882.

Amelia appears in the 1900 census in Alba, OR with her father, step-mother, Selma, and half-sister, Bertha.

In 1902 and 1903 issues of the East Oregonian (Historic Oregon Newspapers) Amelia is listed as visiting Mrs. Agnes Martin in Pendleton, OR. Agnes is my wife's GGM.

Amelia married Willie E. Moore in Portland, OR on 17 April 1917 but was divorced by 1930 census where she appears as Amelia Born living with her half-sister, Bertha Justice.

Amelia died, not having any children, on 18 Jun 1958 in Portland, OR.
