In the name of God Amen. I, Margaret Sebach, of Lincoln County, and State of North Carolina being of sound mind and memory and understanding but considering the mortality of this life think fit, to make this my last Will and Testament in the following manner, viz, I recommend my Soul into the hand of Almightly God and my body to the Earth to be buried in a decent Christian manner at the discretion of my Executor. As touching such worldly estate toherewith it has pleased God to bless me in this life, I give, demise and dispose of the same in the following manner, First of all, it is my will and desire that out of my estate, my beloved daughter, Mary, is to have the following property to, viz, one Loom and all that belongs to it, one big wheel & reel, one bread tray, one pot & rack, one skillet, one coffee mill and brass coffee kettle, one & , one bucket and churn, one pewter dish, one deep pewter dish, one set of pewter plates, one set of pewter spoons, all the knives & forks I own, 1 German Bible, all the bed clothing I own except one coverlet, one sheet and three pillow slips, two hogs first choice, 2 sheep first choice, one cow and all the on hand, all the wheat on hand, all the oats on hand, all my at home and that I lent out, 2 setting chairs, all my crop of corn & garden vegetable now growing, all the cotton and wool on hand, all my crockery ware, one pair of fine and , Secondly, I will and bequeath unto Eliza Mahaly Smith, one coverlit, one sheet, and three pillow slips. Thirdly, it is will that all the rest of my property is to be sold and equally divided between all my children by my Executor. I do also constitute, make and ordain my beloved son, Legion Bollinger, to be my Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament and I do hereby utterly disallow, revoke, disannul all and every other former Wills and Testaments, legacies and bequeaths before named and made, ratifying and confirming that this and no other, to be my last Will and Testament.
